The Wold's Village 'cafe and shops' near Bainton An introduction to the Yorkshire Wolds of East Yorkshire INDEX pictures Top right: Burton Agnes Hall, Top left: Bridlington Priory In the Yorkshire Wolds in the East Riding and North Sea coast of South Yorkshire, there lots of lovely towns and villages to visit in these areas, many having particular attractions for tourists-visitors. There is no shortage of accommodation from bed and breakfast, holiday cottages, hostels and hotels etc. There are many interesting villages with their ancient churches and old buildings which I hope will encourage and enthuse you to visit them. I feel lucky to live near the Yorkshire Wolds, an area of rolling limestone hills of great outstanding natural beauty and can go out walking/motoring with a digital camera to happily explore and record in images-pictures what I see, but all is best scene 'live' and visit the many tourist attractions for yourself.
