9a. Filey Town & Beach and a walk to Filey Brigg in East Yorkshire, the lovely East Riding of Yorkshire
Pictures of Filey Filey is best known as a seaside resort town and much of what you see today dates from the 19th century with the coming of the railway in 1846-1847 and later estates in the 20th century. However some vestiges of the older town which was once a small medieval village are to be seen in the north of the town and there is also the lovely ancient St Oswald's Church, Filey in the same area.

Filey beach and seafront, its a good clean expansive beach for all the family!
