In Picardy Place is the statue in memory to Sir Arthur Conan Doyle which depicts his literary character, the famous detective, Sherlock Holmes

The old Shrubhill tram depot shed that once housed the old trams of Edinburgh. Such a pity more can't be made of the dilapidated building.
