On the left is the dome of the Conciergerie and its round and distinctive pointed towers giving it a medieval feel.

The twin west towers of Notre Dame Cathedral on the Ile de la Cite.

On the left the many bookstalls on the banks of the River Seine, the Pont Neuf and the stylish buildings on the Ile de la Cite.

The long line of the buildings of the Musee du Louvre and the characteristic yellow-orange colour of the autumn leaves on the river bank.
