Call in at the
village bakery at Melmerby, Cumbria, England, for some lovely organic
food and tea or coffee etc. The sandstone building
houses an organic restaurant, bakeshop and art gallery.
There is much good river and hill walking in the area as
well as many interesting places to visit including another
fine sandstone building of the church of St. John's at Skirwirth built in 1856.
