Keld Village, Yorkshire Dales National Park, North Yorkshire, Northern England

	Keld is good picnic spot when walking in upper Swaledale in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Unlike most villages in North Yorkshire is no pub from which to seek refreshment but there is a small shop-cafe. Never the less, the small hamlet provides a bench to sit on and chaffinches to feed!  More Yorkshire Dales scenes and Northern England-selected views

*  A cup of tea please! or fine ales & beers or specialist teas or ordinary teas or coffees and home baked cakes, bar meals 'pub grub' and other food and organic cooking if possible please! after a good day out walking or exploring a village, town or city on foot!
