3. The Fossil Cliff Coast at Charmouth on the south-west coast of Dorset.
The pebble beach at Charmouth and the Jurassic fossil bearing cliffs in the distance (180-195 million years old). Fossils found include ammonites, nautilus, belemnites, crinoids, shells and bones etc.

Scene of a cliff fall, the cliffs are very unstable and prone to collapsing, but a recent fall is the best time for fossil hunting!
