Looking north through the centre of Hutton-le-Hole village, some interesting buildings around including several tearooms for tourists! The central 'spire' is part of the old schoolhouse, now a cafe!
The old schoolhouse of Hutton-le-Hole A selection of lovely houses (some dating back to the 17th century) and gardens of the attractive village of Hutton-le-Hole - I'll let these summer-time pictures speak for themselves!
The Ryedale Folk Museum
The Fordson tractor was built in Britain during the 2nd World War and so successful was the commercial enterprise that by 1945, 90% of all tractors were Fordsons. The skimpy mudguards saved on the steel required.
The Ryedale Folk Museum, a big tourist attraction and well worth a visit when on holiday in the area. It has multiple displays about the history and life on the North Yorkshire Moors over the past centuries.
