31. The picturesque village of Inistioge on the banks of the River Nore, County Kilkenny
The fine stonework of the multi-arched bridge over the River Nore at Inistioge village, the banks are lined with Himalayan Balsam.
You can walk along the banks of the beautiful River Nore.

The medieval church of St. Marys, Church of Ireland, Inistioge.
On the left, the ruined Augustinian Priory, in the middle, the medieval St Mary's Church, and on the right, the Catholic Church of St. Columcille (built 1836).
The church tower of St Mary (middle building) is 12th C and known as the 'White Tower', the far left priory ruin is known as the 'Black Castle'.
