5. The Town of Saltburn by the Sea A small friendly town very 'active' and strong sense of community.
Saltburn Beach and the characteristic cliff profile, the high cliffs of Boulby in the distance.

The splendid profile of houses on the cliff above Saltburn beach, including in the middle, the ex Zetland Hotel (see below)
The ex Zetland Hotel, now converted into a block of flats, one of several property developments in Saltburn town.
Saltburn railway station, typical of North Eastern Railway architecture and parts of it have been converted into shops.
The attractively brick built "Our Lady of Lourdes" Catholic Church in Saltburn.
